We had a party last New Year’s Eve (which feels like it really wasn’t very long ago!) – just a small one – and pretty much everything came from Costco. Because we decided – well actually Corey decided in all his wisdom – that we would cook 7 courses (it was supposed to be 9 but a few people didn’t come so we had way to much food and cut some courses because we were all to full) it was easier just to use disposable plates etc and the Costco range proved to be ideal.

Costco’s product in this area is really good – we also buy it regularly for catering big events at our daughters BMX Club – it’s tough, cheap, and versatile.
